Educational Qualification for UP Forest Guard:
- Candidates should have 10+2 Exam passed through any Board or University Recognized in India.

- Forest Guard: 370 for General, 132 for OBC, 83 for SC and 11 posts for ST candidates.
- Wildlife Guard: 45 for General Candidates, only 02 posts for OBC candidates, 10 for SC candidates and 02 for ST category.
Physical Eligibility for Forest / Wildlife Guard:
- Height for Male OBC/Gen/SC is 168 cms, & 160 cms for ST male candidates.
- Chest Expansion for Male OBC/Gen/SC is 84cms & 82 for ST candidates.
- Height for Female OBC/Gen/SC is 152 cms & For ST Female is 147 cms.
